Loved it! Our server Adam was great! Very helpful attentive and kind to my little girl. The pancakes were so delicious and even though we had to put our name down when we got there, they were so quick turning tables around as soon as people left. We didn't have to wait long at all. I was really pleased with not only the food but the service too! And my daughter loved the coloring sheets!

Cute little diner cafe. Mom and pop feeling. The food was good. The service was good. I went during my lunch break and they provided a cash discount vs if I paid with CC. They also give FPL employee discounts. Which. I took advantage of.

Absolutely love this place. And apparently everyone else in the area does too because the line is always super long for a table! I used to dine here on the weekends as a kid with my mom and brother, and it's nice to see that nothing has changed. The same atmosphere and delicious menu classics are why I still always make sure to come here when I visit home. I ordered something different for me which was the shrimp and grits and wow it was so good. It came with toast and a couple eggs on top and was so creamy. Definitely comfort in a bowl. The serving size was huge so I took half home and it was even better after sitting in the fridge overnight. I also had a chocolate chip pancake since that's my all time favorite and the recipe is exactly the same as it's always been. JBC makes the best pancakes hands down! I always look forward to my next visit, and I may just have to stop by once more before leaving town.

Really a beach breakfast or lunch/ brunch type place but done well. Beware closes at 2 every day and you can only order breakfast on Sunday. By all accounts busy but so much out of season at 1pm midweek. Standard breakfast fare plus. Good beer choice from cans and excellent service. Good outdoor patio in prime spot somewhat hidden from roaring traffic on A1. Locally smoked brisket a winner and everything else just what you might expect. 5stars for this place because it does a good job at what it supposed to do. Would go again if in the area.

I have been to this restaurant several times before and finally got around to doing a review. This is a good place to have traditional breakfast as well as some more non-traditional fare. I had the avocado toast which was unique with a topping of tomato & green onions and a balsamic reduction glaze. Probably the best avocado toast I have had in a long time. Service was decent but the server provided our food before receiving beverages.. Good spot & worth the wait normally. In season expect 45 minute waits.

This cafe is extremely popular. It's open for breakfast and lunch only, but they have a great and diverse breakfast menu. There's some fun stuff, such as a Monte Cristo sandwich (the bread is French toast), Belgian waffles and blintzes, and of course all kinds of egg dishes. I've had a very good omelet there before, along with the spuds casserole, which is hash browns with onions, bacon, tomato and melted cheese. On my recent visit, I decided to go really out of the box and get the Hush Wee and eggs. It's a Lebanese dish that the family/owners say on the menu they grew up eating. It's ground beef with pine nuts and onions, and they serve it with pita bread, olives, feta, and hash browns. I was excited, but I will say that it was a little disappointing. The scrambled eggs were overcooked (very common at diners/restaurants, and the dish was kind of bland and definitely dry. I took it home and added a giant spoon of chili crisp, however, and all was well. My other complaint is that they don't offer home fries as well as hash browns. I'm a home fry girl. BUT, it's a great little place. Nice employees, nice tables outside, and good food.

Grabbed breakfast at JBC this Sunday morning around 0930. It was busy yet not a long wait for a 2-top first available. As always, the food was phenomenal. We had the breakfast yogurt sundae with grilled pistachio muffin. I had the cinnamon roll French Toast (so delish). Bianca our server was so nice and attentive. HIGHLY recommend JBC yet get there early since "they're here" - meaning snow birds

We've been for breakfast and brunch quite a few times (rapidly becoming regulars) but this was my first visit for lunch. Had a delicious pecan Dijon salad. Great combination of lettuce, avocado, tomato, pecans, bacon, shredded cheese, and a delicious Dijon dressing. Loved it. Naturally I ordered a side of hash browns, also crispy and delicious as usual. I was seated immediately upon arrival, outside as requested on the patio. There is plenty of shade and a nice breeze. Adam is usually our server and he is awesome, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend.
